A lot of people say that both the karma and spirituality are the same but they can never be the same as there is a huge difference between the two.
Karma is what we are doing according to our desires, ambitions, thoughts and few karmas are done based on human malfunctions like jealousy, greed, lust, money and others. Few people do bad karma while few people do the good karma. Karma is so obvious that each and every person is doing it without stoppage because it is so well designed by the God that a person comes on the earth and does it. As a result of our bad or good karmas, we design our destiny.
Spirituality is the connection or gateway to the God. If a person goes on this path strongly without stoppage then the person will get the realisation. But only few people can go in this field as it requires great courage and strength and above all, it needs the blessing of the God without which a person cannot go in this field. If a person is truly spiritual then that person will do the good karma only and that is very obvious. So spirituality defines a category of people who are blessed and are made to do the right and good karma.
